In operation since the year 2012, Dynamic Fitness is a dominant force in the health ans wellness arena. Located in the heart of North Kingstown, we are a premier Personal Training,Strength Training and Weight-Loss facility. We are  dedicated to enhancing the wellness of the local community by specializing in and offering; One-on-one, Small Group Personal Training services that cater to individual client needs as well as Group Exercise classes

Our Staff at Dynamic Fitness takes great pride in their professional approach as each client is assessed, educated and monitored throughout every training session that is conducted at the fitness studio.  Our Trainers are eager to assist you, together we define an approach to help you in reaching all of your personal health and fitness goals!

Owner/Head Personal Trainer

 

Anthony is Co-Owner of Dynamic Dance Academy and Dynamic Fitness with his wife, Tara. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through both NSCA and ACSM and has over a decade of experience training clients ranging in ages from youth to senior levels. He is well versed in training small to large groups of people as well as individual clients. 

Anthony created and directed a Personal Training program for the YMCA as well as having been Strength Coach for the R.I. Intensity, a semi-professional women's football team. He is also known for leading a fun, motivating outdoor athletic conditioning class that he has taught for the past six years. Anthony's training philosophy centers around teamwork, fun and helping clients reach their full potential. He always puts his clients' goals in his best interests and says that, "As a team, we can strive for greatness."

Personal Trainer

Lisa is a 2016 graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science.  While attending as a student she also gained experience by teaching undergraduate course labs in Exercise Physiology and Exercise Testing and Prescription in addition to serving as the Director of the Human Health and Performance laboratories.  She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  Lisa brings over five years of Personal Training experience to Dynamic Fitness with a background clientele that ranges from elementary school students to older adults in a one-on-one, buddy, and or small-group format.  In addition to playing USTA league tennis, Lisa has worked as a recreational tennis coach, cardio tennis instructor, and beginner tennis clinic facilitator since 2010.  As an athlete she has played semi-pro tackle football, competitive flag football, and has been highly involved in the art of powerlifting.  Lisa’s philosophy is to meet every client where they are at and work together to achieve a series of attainable goals. A sense of humor and compassion for the human condition are also a must!

Romaine Freeman

Romaine has been teaching group fitness classes for 17 years and has been personal training over the last few years. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for her Personal Training and the American Fitness Association of America for her group certification. She has taught all age groups from children up to senior citizens so she has a wide range of people she has worked with. She brings all her experience and expertise to the table here at Dynamic Fitness. She is very in tune with what her clients needs and goals are and works hard to help them to achieve them.
